I’m Dean Grunsell, and home building isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion.

 

As a qualified carpenter, I’ve spent my career mastering the craft, working on both project and custom homes to understand what truly sets a well-built home apart. Through years of hands-on experience with some of the industry’s most reputable builders, I saw firsthand what worked—and where there was room for improvement. I knew I wanted to offer more:
